Galactic Shores Creative Direction

LAILANA is an independent artist from London, known for her captivating work as a singer and songwriter. She found my illustration page on Instagram and wanted to collaborate on the cover for her debut EP, Galactic Shores. Although the EP was already completed, she sought a visual artist to bring her concept to life. The EP tells a mesmerizing love story involving a third party, depicted through imaginative alien illustrations. What began as a request for a single cover design evolved into a partnership where we created the entire Galactic Shores universe together, making me a key part of the EP’s rollout.

I took charge of the key visual components, designing both the EP and single covers. Additionally, I produced a series of compelling visuals and marketing materials inspired by these designs. This included dynamic digital illustrations for each cover, thoughtfully designed layouts, and captivating animations that enhanced our promotional efforts across all digital platforms. I also created vibrant graphics for the music video, an engaging AR lens for Instagram, eye-catching posters for the release party, and merchandise such as stickers and t-shirts, ensuring a cohesive and captivating presentation of LAILANA’s artistic vision.
